You may have heard about our complimentary on-site inspection, which is completely free for our clients. We provide this inspection and estimation for preliminary informational purposes only. Keep in mind, they are not legally binding offers. When you request a quote, it will remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final costs may change if the project scope or material requirements differ from those initially assessed during the inspection. Work officially begins once both parties confirm in writing.
If you agree with our preliminary onsite inspection, we propose a binding agreement that will be formed upon the client’s written acceptance. All services will be mentioned and described in the project proposal. Any changes or additions to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. This may affect the project timeline and cost.
We strive to provide accurate costs for every projec, and prices are subject to change for variations requested after the proposal is accepted. Payments are based on the terms in your quotation, and we will talk in detial about the payment face-to-face. At the beginning, a deposit is typically required before we start the project, and the remaining balance is due when the job is done, unless we agree otherwise.
The company provides a warranty of up to 5 years on selected services. These warranties cover our workmanship but does not cover the damage caused by poor maintenance, third-party work, or natural events beyond our control. Full details will be given in your project agreement.
We ask customers to provide safe and clear access to their property. Besides, we ask them to protect or remove fragile items before work starts. Moreover, we ask them to inform us about any hidden issues, such as wiring, plumbing, or structural defects, to avoid delays and extra costs.
While we follow strict safety standards, we are not responsible for indirect damages or unforeseen issues that may arise beyond our control. We recommend keeping your property properly insured at all times.
