Our Services and Consultation
At Roofing Singapore Pte Ltd, we provide all types of roofing, waterproofing, painting, and relevant services for your roof across Singapore. The Information on our website is for general guidance only. We do our best to keep it accurate and up to date. Any details are subject to change. Always verify details with us directly before making any decisions.
You may have heard about our complimentary onsite inspection, which is completely free for our clients. We provide this inspection and estimate for preliminary informational purposes only. Keep in mind, they are not legally binding offers. When you request a quote, it will remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final costs may change if the project scope or material requirements differ from those initially assessed during the inspection. Work officially begins once both parties confirm in writing.
Quotations, Payments, and Warranties
If you agree with our preliminary onsite inspection, we will form a binding agreement upon the client’s written acceptance. The project proposal will list and describe all services. Any changes or additions to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. This may affect the project timeline and cost.
We strive to provide accurate costs for every project, and prices are subject to change for variations requested after the proposal is accepted. Payments follow the terms in your quotation, and we will discuss them in detail face-to-face. At the start, we typically require a deposit before we begin, and the remaining balance is due when the job is done, unless we agree otherwise.
The Company provides a warranty of up to 5 years on selected services. These warranties cover our artistry but do not cover the damage caused by poor maintenance, third-party work, or natural events beyond our control. Full details will be given in your project agreement.
Responsibilities & Liability
We ask customers to provide safe and clear access to their property. Besides, we ask them to protect or remove fragile items before work starts. We also ask them to inform us of any hidden issues, such as wiring, plumbing, or structural defects, to avoid delays and extra costs. While we follow strict safety standards, we are not responsible for indirect damages or unforeseen issues that may arise beyond our control. We recommend keeping your property properly insured at all times.
